 Glen Swyers is the Director of Marketi
 ng Integration for The Imagine Group\, with proven success in print\, mail
 \, and marketing for the nation’s top brands. Before joining The Imagine
  Group\, Glen was a partner in his family’s printing company in Western 
 NY and Orlando\, FL. He has also worked at Walt Disney World and served as
  an Adjunct Professor at Erie Community College.&nbsp\;
 Glen is national
 ly recognized as a postal expert and frequently speaks on data security an
 d customer service within mailing operations. He is a USPS Certified Mail 
 Design Professional (MDP)\, the 2018 USPS PCC Industry Member of the Year\
 , a member of the MTAC Leadership Team (Marketing Mail - Letters / Represe
 ntative for AP Tech\, UG8 Promotions Lead)\, and serves on the Education C
 ommittee for the USPS Postal Customer Council Advisory Committee.&nbsp\;

  As Manager of Postal Strategies and Logistics for Data-Mail\, Inc\, Rose 
 Flanagan’s role is to plan\, implement and manage postal programs and in
 itiatives to reduce postage costs and achieve reliable postal delivery.&nb
 sp\; She also implements USPS programs\, assists in participation of USPS 
 Promotions\, guides understanding of USPS rules and regulations or any oth
 er postal updates both internally and with Data-Mail’s clients.&nbsp\;

  As an active industry participant Rose is a member of the Connecticut PCC
 \, represents Delivery Technology Advocacy Council (DTAC) on the Mailers T
 echnical Advisory Committee (MTAC) serving as Focus Leader for Mail Paymen
 t and Product\, serves as Vice Chairman on the board of the Association fo
 r Postal Commerce (PostCom)\, serves on the board of DTAC\, represents Dat
 a-Mail on the National Association of Presort Mailers (NAPM) and speaks at
  postal and industry events.
